We are looking for a an entrepreneurial individual who is ready to fully commit to this goal. After an initial period of collaboration (fixed-term contract or consulting assignment), a Acquisition of a stake in NOODDIS is an essential step toward ensuring that this person plays a lasting role in the company’s strategic development and success.

Your Assignment

You will become a NOODDIS ambassador to healthcare facilities. Your role is not limited to building a sales portfolio.

You engage in dialogue with hospital pharmacists, their teams, and decision-makers to understand their challenges, share our vision, and support the transformation of their organizations.

In particular, you will be involved in developing relationships with hospital pharmacies internationally; ;
establishing contact with and facilitating a network of hospital decision-makers; ;
a scientific and functional overview of NOODDIS solutions; ;
identifying the needs of schools and developing tailored projects; ;
developing and managing key accounts; ;
participation in international conferences, demonstrations, and scientific events; ;
the structuring and rigorous monitoring of prospecting; ;
the provision of accurate and regular feedback from the field to inform the company’s development strategy.

You will have a high degree of autonomy within your organization while working closely with management.

Your Profile

Do you like listen and persuade by drawing on your expertise and paying attention to the needs of the person you're speaking with, more than just a sales pitch.

You enjoy innovative environments where everything has yet to be built.

You are known for your rigor, your autonomy and your ability to build lasting, trusting relationships.

In particular, you have:

extensive experience in high-value-added B2B business development; ;
a strong interest in prospecting and opening up new international markets; ;
excellent communication skills, both internally and with healthcare facilities; ;
an understanding of the hospital environment, patient safety, and the challenges of clinical pharmacy; ;
an excellent command of English; ;
A strong culture of reporting, analysis, and management of sales initiatives.

Knowledge of the hospital system, the pharmaceutical industry, medical devices, or the healthcare industry is a real asset.
